Description
A pack of 12 cards containing 5 Bureaucrat cards, 1 reference card, and 6 base cards. The Bureaucrat replaces the Duke, and has the Cooperation ability of the Farmer in G54. Cooperation lets you take 3 coins from the Treasury, but you must give one of those coins to another player. This promo was available as part of the KickStarter edition of Coup: Rebellion G54.
