It reduces 2 fortitude points and also discard 2 hand cards, then discard 2 drink cards at top of card user's "Drink Me!" Pile. The Organized Play Kits each contained 40 copies of this card (20 for each tournament) and 6 of the Hellspawn Stout (3 for each tournament).
