Vastitas Borealis introduces a fan-made board for *Terraforming Mars* featuring two special rules: placing a tile on Viking 1 or Viking 2 areas grants a free delegate to place in the delegate area of any chosen party, and placing a tile on the temperature area raises temperature at a cost of 4 MC.
