Carcassonne: Die Märkte zu Leipzig (German for "The Markets of Leipzig") is a small expansion for the Carcassonne series, available only in the Carcassonne II design. It provides four double-landscape tiles illustrating marketplaces, with rules that influence the many small farmhouses depicted on tiles across all Carcassonne II expansions. It also includes two double-landscape tiles for Carcassonne: Amazonas. Initially released as a limited edition of 600 copies—300 at the modell hobby spiel in Leipzig (September 29 to October 1, 2017) and 300 at Spiel'17 in Essen (October 26 to 29, 2017)—the signed versions by designer Klaus-Jürgen Wrede and Messe Leipzig's CEO contain 13 Followers/Meeples.
